Jubilee Mines (JBM) new nickel discovery, which traders see as "significant" confirms the company’s growth strategy is on track, analysts at Intersuisse say.

Although it is still early days in the evaluation of the discovery, the analysts say initial signs suggest a primary mineralisation with a strike length of over 200m.

It may also be part of a broader system that the company believes extends for around 700m.

Although not for the faint hearted, Intersuisse recommends the stock as a Buy for investors with enough stomach for the risk associated with it, due to what they expect will be above average returns and "significant long term growth potential."

Prior to the announcement, of the four major brokers and equity advisers covering the stock, two rated it positively, one was neutral and one negative.

The stock is currently trading at 7.56, but has an average target of $8.69.
