Despite another disappointing FY26 result and softer-than-expected FY27 guidance by management at Worley, Citi retains its Buy rating with a $12.00 target, down from $12.50.

Management expects mid-to-high single-digit EBITDA growth, below market expectations of around 10%-11%, the analyst notes.

The broker believes the subsequent share price reaction was overly punitive, given solid bookings, pipeline growth and major project momentum. A Middle East recovery is expected in the second half of FY27.

At around $10, Citi sees strong dividend support and upside potential, although management needs to rebuild investor confidence and demonstrate progress towards medium-term growth targets.

FORECAST
Citi forecasts a full year FY27 dividend of 50.00 cents and EPS of 70.40 cents.
Citi forecasts a full year FY28 dividend of 44.70 cents and EPS of 88.70 cents.
