Brambles' FY26 EBIT of US$1.49bn was in line with UBS and 1% above consensus, despite US repair capacity disruption costs of -US$90m being higher than the -US$60m previously expected.

FY27 guidance is for 2%-4% sales growth and 2%-6% EBIT growth, with a further -US$45m incremental US disruption impact expected, primarily in 1H27, before initiatives begin to provide relief in 2H27.

UBS conservatively assumes US$80m of disruption-related EBIT recovery in FY28, versus around US$110m implied by management, and sees investors potentially waiting for evidence of a strong 2H27 before the shares fully re-rate.

The broker maintains its Buy rating and raises the target to $24.50 from $24.30.

FORECAST
UBS forecasts a full year FY27 dividend of 64.00 cents and EPS of 106.00 cents.
UBS forecasts a full year FY28 dividend of 84.00 cents and EPS of 120.00 cents.

Overweight

$23.70

Brambles delivered FY26 underlying NPAT of $949m, landing largely in line with market expectations.

However, FY27 guidance underwhelmed investors as constant currency EBIT growth was guided to 2%-6%, alongside escalating US supply-chain costs resulting from third-party repair and reissue providers ceasing coverage.

The projected second-half weighting in FY27 introduces execution risks driven by volatile recent demand, broadening cost inflation, and the necessity for higher pricing to match the cost to serve.

Jarden maintains an Overweight rating, noting that these operational risks are already reflected in the current share price, while lifting the target price to $23.70 from $23.25.

FORECAST
Jarden forecasts a full year FY27 dividend of 95.52 cents and EPS of 149.17 cents.
Jarden forecasts a full year FY28 dividend of 105.26 cents and EPS of 164.44 cents.
