Jarden

Overweight

$14.80

-3.27%

Jarden maintains its Overweight recommendation for EVT Ltd with an unchanged target price of $14.80 following an FY26 financial result featuring a second-half EBITDA beat of 13%.

The key driver of the performance was the cinemas division, particularly in Germany, while the hotel and Thredbo leisure segments faced mixed near-term outlooks due to lower snow conditions and refurbishment delays.

Management announced a strategic property update identifying approximately $800m of non-core property assets for divestment on a value-first basis, with proceeds supporting hotels and a potential special dividend alongside a group structure review.

The analyst notes that cinema strength provides upside risk to forecasts despite hotel and leisure headwinds.
