– There is a potential double top forming in the EURUSD off the Nov 4th high requiring a breakout below 1.4000 to confirm a reversal off the double top
– Also, the US Dollar Index is examined to reveal a potential double bottom is forming at the intersection of a key trend line and major pivot low in the 75.00 – 75.50 area
– The potential double top coupled with the completion of a five wave move in the AUDUSD requires a breakout below 1.0180 to confirm a reversal off the double top
– In addition, examples are covered to demonstrate the current period of volatility contraction which is normally followed by a period of volatility expansion suggesting we may be on the verge of a relatively large move in the AUDUSD and EURUSD
