Black Pearl reported 1H27 revenue growth of 42% to $7.3m, although 2Q27 revenue declined sequentially due to seasonal factors, Bell Potter notes.

The quarterly EBITDAF loss narrowed to -$3m from -$4.5m in 1Q27, supported by $9.4m in annualised cost savings and a shift towards higher-margin distribution channels.

The broker points out a proposed North American partnership offers access to over 70 potential SME customers, with monthly contracts worth US$10k–US$30k and favourable revenue-sharing arrangements.

Management is targeting EBITDAF breakeven by 1Q28, with EBITDA forecasts lowered by -$0.5m for FY27 and raised by $5.5m and $4.4m for FY28 and FY29, respectively.

Speculative Buy rating retained with a downgrade in the target price to 65c from $1.20.
