Following relentless selling, equities had fallen to a "strategic support zone", explains Simmons in an educational broadcast produced one day before this week's FOMC meeting. He explains there were other technical signals indicating equities were ready to rally to the upside again.
One other interesting observation stands out, and that is the possibility that EUR/USD might be poised for a Head-and-Shoulders breakout. Investors should watch 1.46, advises Simmons.
