Your Editor On Switzer: Downgrades Coming

FNArena Editor Rudi Filapek-Vandyck told host Peter Switzer on Thursday local equities might come under pressure with many stocks trading on high Price-Earnings (PE) ratios, creating an overall feeling that "value" is more difficult to find, while stockbroking analysts are about to lower their profit expectations. Traditionally, and independent from macro-influences, the latter tends to put short-term downward pressures on specific sectors and stocks.
