The new calendar year is upon us, and share prices are moving up and down, but most participants in the financial sector are still enjoying their annual break. This includes securities analysts working for local stockbrokerages.
FNArena is currently in the process of making preparations to resume daily news gathering and reporting, but one should not fear at this stage; anything available in terms of updated broker research is scarce and of little (real) value.
Put simply: you are not missing out on anything worth paying attention to.
From next week onwards, starting Monday 11th January 2021, FNArena will gradually ramp up its operational activity. First cab off the rank will be the Australian Broker Call Report. Next we shall start sending out emails again.
Next thing you know, we are publishing daily news stories, to be followed up by The Overnight Report, and more news & analysis. It won't be long before the team starts looking forward to the February corporate results season.
