Daily Icarus Signal movements have predominantly become the terrain of property trusts and mining services companies that should benefit from the upcoming capex tsunami (2012-2014). It is thus we have reason to mention the likes of Monadelphous ((MND)), Nomad ((NOD)) and Walter Diversified ((WDS)) nearly on a daily basis as these stocks swing between share prices above target and prices slightly below. Few other quality stocks, such as Iress ((IRE)), are participants in the same game.

Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), on the other hand, have also been popular of late, carried by undervalued securities and firm dividend yield support. In recent sessions some of these REITs have found the going tougher, yet while the share market has continued weakening. Weird, hey? Not really. Viewed from the perspective of FNArena's Icarus Signal, it makes all the sense of the world as consensus targets were drawing closer and closer.

Dexus Property ((DXS)) is one such fine example.

Note both Spark Infrastructure ((SKI)) and Dexus has now disappeared from the group of stocks trading in the vicinity of consensus targets following price weakness. As Lycopodium ((LYL)) and Walter Diversified have now surged into the group trading above targets, that group now contains 25 members.
