Icarus Signal New Entries For Today

FYI | Jul 21 2011

Daily update on share prices and consensus price targets.

By Rudi Filapek-Vandyck

Five newcomers and the three who left all did so because of share price strength. Such are the virtues of a big bounce in the Australian share market yesterday. The list of stocks approaching target has grown to 15 and those newcomers are salmon producer Tassal Group ((TGR)), Beach Petroleum ((BPT)), accountancy software developer Reckon ((RKN)) -on a "cloud" these days- and corporate yoyos Austbrokers ((AUB)) and Treasury Wine Estates ((TWE)).

The three that disappeared yeterday all moved into the table for stocks trading above target; Charter Hall Office REIT ((CQR)), Tabcorp Holdings ((TAH)) and Nomad Business Solutions ((NOD)).

With regards to all three, what more can I say than "we've been here before"?

Special mentioning for Nomad. Only one stockbroker in the FNArena universe covers the stock, which makes the "consensus" element as in "consensus target" a bit dubious, but probably no surprise then that sole rating is a Sell?

The list of stocks trading above target now numbers 25.
