FNArena has added another video to its Investors Education section on the website.
Last week, argues ATW's Jerry Simmons, various market indicators were on the brink of putting in bearish reversals. Amongst these are AUD/USD and the CRB (commodities) index. In his educational technical analysis Simmons explains why and how three to five waves down could be on the cards.
Offsetting the worrying analysis for AUD and CRB, Simmons also observes copper is actually putting some bullish indications on price charts. This could prove a surprisingly positive forward looking indicator for equities?
Gold should stay above US$1600/oz and once a break above US$1645 has been achieved, a new leg higher should commence, predicts Simmons.
Similar as with copper, Simmons believes the underlying message for crude oil is bullish, which is another positive signal for equities.
