While appearing on Sky Business this morning with hosts Brooke Corte and Carson Scott, the discussion made a sidestep into the threat of more capital raisings following the surprise announcement by Paladin Energy ((PDN)). Brooke promised viewers we would make available some information relating to a recent report by JP Morgan on this matter. Below is my part of this promise, an excerpt originally included in a story titled "Several Emerging Themes For Australian Earnings Season", published on July 30, by Eva Brocklehurst:

Some stocks listed by JP Morgan which have potential to announce capital management initiatives, such as launching new buy-back regimes, include Amcor ((AMC)), CSL ((CSL)), REA Group ((REA)), ResMed ((RMD)), Suncorp ((SUN)) and Westfield ((WDC)).

Note the inclusion of Paladin Energy which has now confirmed JP Morgan's warning/analysis.
